random tangents

i've been in a bit of a funk for the last two days...not sick or anything, just stressed and a little nervous about the up-coming amount of work for thesis...those overwhelmed feelings of listing all of the things that you have to do over then next couple of months....so right now i feel like a deer on a back woods highway with a semi-truck coming at me at approximately 75 mph...
i've got to get out of the road, fast....
